Self Serve


Overview

Supplier can onboard themselves as advertiser to MAP platform via self-serve process. There is no involvement required of any third-party API partner.


Step 1 - Submission of Onboarding Form

  • Supplier can access advertiser onboarding form without logging in
  • The onboarding form contains 2 sections - Supplier/Company Details and Billing Details
  • Supplier can select either ‘Bill To Supplier’ or ‘Bill to Agency’ option in Billing Details

Step 2 - Validation and Onboarding

  • Once the supplier submit the form then the case is created
  • The case will be reviewed by onboarding team
  • After onboarding team’s approval, the case moves to data governance team
  • Once data governance team approves the case, Advertiser onboarding is completed

Step 3 - Access Provision

  • Once the account is created, supplier will be granted write access. They should login to SPA portal
  • This access allows the supplier to setup and manage their advertising campaigns within the Sam's Club platform

Step 4 - Brand Addition

  • In SPA Portal, brand addition feature is available
  • Suppliers can add additional brands using the feature
